モルガンＳ、1─3月期利益は予想上回る株式売買と資産運用が好調

米金融大手モルガン・スタンレーが１１日発表した２０２５年第１・四半期（３月３１日まで）決算は、利益が市場予想を上回った。記録的な株式売買と好調な資産運用事業が支えた。（２０２５年　ロイター／Mike Segar）

［１１日　ロイター］ - 米金融大手モルガン・スタンレー(MS.N), opens new tabが１１日発表した２０２５年第１・四半期（３月３１日まで）決算は、利益が市場予想を上回った。記録的な株式売買と好調な資産運用事業が支えた。

第１・四半期の純利益は４３億ドル（１株当たり２．６０ドル）。ＬＳＥＧがまとめた予想は２．２０ドルだった。前年同期は３４億ドル（１株当たり２．０２ドル）だった。

株式純収益が前年比４５％増となり、過去最高を記録した。全事業ラインと地域で増加する中、特にアジア地域でプライムブローカレッジとデリバティブ業務が好調だった。

シャロン・イェシャヤ最高財務責任者（ＣＦＯ）は「ボラティリティーの上昇により取引活動が活発化し、レバレッジ解消が進んだ」とした。顧客は引き続き活発に取引を行っており、「今のところ、市場の機能不全の兆候は見られない」とも述べた。

総収入は前年同期の１５１億ドルから１７７億ドルに増加した。

投資銀行部門の収益は前年比８％増加。アドバイザリー業務と債券引き受け業務の収益が増加した。発行体と投資家が市場の不確実性を考慮したため、株式引き受け収益は減少した。

投資銀行業務とトレーディング業務を担う機関投資家向け証券部門は９０億ドルの収益を上げた。前年同期は７０億ドルだった。

同社の重点分野である資産管理部門の収益は、前年の６９億ドルに対し７３億ドルとなった。
