ウクライナ、ハンガリーのスパイ拘束互いに外交官追放

[キーウ／ブダペスト９日ロイター] - ウクライナ保安庁（ＳＢＵ）は９日、ハンガリー情報機関の工作員となりスパイ活動を行っていたとして、元ウクライナ軍人の２人を拘束したと発表した。

ハンガリーのシーヤールトー外相はウクライナによる「プロパガンダ」だと反発し、「ブダペストのウクライナ大使館で外交官を装って勤務するスパイ２人」を国外追放したと発表。

これを受け、ウクライナのシビハ外相はハンガリー大使を呼び出し、大使館員２人を４８時間以内に国外退去させるよう要求した。

ＳＢＵはハンガリーのスパイ網がウクライナの国益に反して国内で活動していることが判明したのは初めてとしている。

ハンガリーは欧州連合（ＥＵ）と北大西洋条約機構（ＮＡＴＯ）の加盟国だが、オルバン大統領は西側による対ウクライナ軍事支援に懐疑的なほか、ロシアのプーチン大統領とも関係を維持している。

ＳＢＵによると、容疑者２人を指揮していたのはハンガリー軍情報部門の将校。２人はウクライナ南西部ザカルパチア州における同国の防空システムなど軍事能力の詳細を伝えるのが任務だったという。

ウクライナではザカルパチア州を中心に約１５万人のハンガリー系住民が暮らしている。オルバン政権とウクライナはこのコミュニティーの言語の権利を巡り対立してきた。
