ロシア、ウクライナ巡る対米協議へ要求提示＝関係筋

[ニューヨーク／ワシントン　１２日ロイター] - ロシアがウクライナとの戦争を終結させ、米国との関係をリセットするための合意に向けた要求リストを米側に提示したと、関係者２人が明らかにした。

要求の具体的な内容や、要求が受け入れられる前にウクライナと和平交渉を行う用意があるのかどうかは不明。米ロ当局者は過去３週間に対面やオンラインなどでの協議で条件について議論したという。

関係者によると、ロシア側の条件は幅広く、以前にウクライナや米国、北大西洋条約機構（ＮＡＴＯ）に提示した要求と類似している。

以前の要求には、ウクライナのＮＡＴＯ加盟断念のほか、ウクライナに外国部隊を展開しないこと、ウクライナ領クリミアと４州がロシアに属するというプーチン・ロシア大統領の主張を国際的に認めることなどが含まれていた。

また、ロシアは近年、ＮＡＴＯの東方拡大など同国が戦争の「根本原因」と主張する問題に米国とＮＡＴＯが対処することも要求している。

米ホワイトハウスと在ワシントンのロシア大使館はコメント要請に応じていない。
