黒海で石油タンカー2隻にドローン攻撃、ロシア南部に向け航行中

［モスクワ／アテネ／ロンドン　１３日　ロイター］ - 黒海で１３日、ロシア南部ノボロシースクの原油積み出しターミナルに向かっていた石油タンカー２隻がドローン（小型無人機）による攻撃を受けた。２隻のうち１隻は米石油大手シェブロン(CVX.N), opens new tabがチャーターしていた。シェブロンによると、乗組員と船体に被害は出ていない。

２隻のタンカーはカザフスタン産原油の輸出の約８割を扱う黒海沿岸の「ユジュナヤ・オゼレエフカ」ターミナルに向かっていた。同ターミナルは、カザフスタンから黒海に至る原油パイプラインを運営する「カスピ海パイプライン・コンソーシアム（ＣＰＣ）」が運営。複数の関係筋によると、同ターミナルはロシア産原油の積み出し拠点にもなっている。

カザフスタンのエネルギー省は１３日夜、タンカー「マチルダ号」と「デルタ・ハーモニー号」がドローン攻撃を受けたと確認した。

ＣＰＣは今回のドローン攻撃について今のところコメントしていない。ウクライナはロシアのエネルギー施設を標的に攻撃を行っているが、今回のドローン攻撃を誰が実施したか現時点で不明。ウクライナは今のところコメントしていない。

カスピ海パイプラインは全長約１５００キロメートル。ＣＰＣの主な株主はカザフスタン国営石油会社カズムナイガス、ロシアのルクオイル(LKOH.MM), opens new tabのほか、米国のシェブロンやエクソンモービルの関連会社など。
