ロシア大統領補佐官、停戦案「再検討必要」米特使モスクワ到着

[モスクワ１３日ロイター] - ロシアのウシャコフ大統領補佐官は１３日、３０日間の停戦案について不十分でウクライナ軍に休息を与えるだけだと米側に伝えたことを明らかにした。

同補佐官は国営テレビで、ロシア側の立場を１２日にウォルツ大統領補佐官（国家安全保障担当）に伝えたと述べた。

ロシア通信（ＲＩＡ）によると、ウシャコフ氏は３０日間の停戦案について「性急な性格を持っているようにみえる」とし、「ウクライナのアプローチのみを扱っているため、ロシアの立場を考慮する必要がある」と述べ、ロシアの利益を踏まえた再検討が必要との考えを示した。

その上で、ロシアは自国の正当な利益のほか、「ロシアの懸念事項を踏まえた長期的な平和的解決」を目指しているとし、「平和的な行動を模倣するだけの措置は誰にも必要ない」と言及。欧州諸国はロシアがあたかも平和に反対しているかのように見えるようにしていると指摘した。

ただ、米国の提案を全面的に拒否することは避け、プーチン大統領が１３日中にロシアの立場を詳細に説明する可能性があると明らかにした。

この日は、米国のウィットコフ中東担当特使がプーチン大統領と会談するためモスクワに到着。関係筋は、ウィットコフ氏のモスクワでの予定の詳細は明らかになっていないとしているが、ロシア当局者は、ウォルツ大統領補佐官が１２日に停戦案の詳細を示し、ロシアはこれを協議する用意があると表明。ロシア外務省のザハロワ報道官も、米政権との接触がより活発になっていると述べている。
