ＥＵがロシア原油上限50ドル案、カナダＧ７で提起へ
［ブリュッセル １９日 ロイター］ - 欧州連合（ＥＵ）は、２０―２２日にカナダで開かれる主要７カ国（Ｇ７）財務相・中央銀行総裁会議で、海上輸送されるロシア産原油の取引価格上限を現行の１バレル＝６０ドルから引き下げるよう提起する方針を固めた。５０ドル案が有力だ。
欧州委員会のドムブロフスキス委員（経済担当）（訂正）が１９日、記者団に「引き下げは対ロ第１８次制裁の枠組みの一環として欧州委員会が提起済みの内容であり、他のＧ７諸国も一定の関心を示し、議論が交わされると期待している」と述べた。
記者団から今回のＧ７でＥＵが引き下げ提案をするかと問われた際には「そうだ」と答えた。
同委員（訂正）は新規の価格上限について言及を避けた。ただ、方針概要の説明を受けたＥＵの複数の高官が５０ドルを提案する見通しだと明らかにした。
現在の価格上限は２０２２年１２月にＧ７とＥＵ、オーストラリアの間で合意した６０ドル。ウクライナ侵攻を続けるロシアの戦費調達に打撃を与えると同時に世界的に原油の供給急減をもたらさないように勘案された水準だった。
ただ、ロシアは「影の艦隊」と呼ばれるタンカー船団を活用し、ロシア産油種「ウラル」はこれまで総じて６０ドル超の水準で取引された。最近は、第２次トランプ米政権の高関税政策発表を受け、世界的な景気の先行き不安が広がって４月初めに６０ドルを下回った。
