ＳＢＧとエヌビディア、ロボティクス新興に投資検討評価額140億ドルか

［８日　ロイター］ - ソフトバンクグループ（ＳＢＧ）(9984.T), opens new tabと米半導体大手エヌビディア(NVDA.O), opens new tabがロボティクス基盤モデルの新興企業スキルドＡＩへの投資を協議しており、１０億ドル超の資金調達で評価額は約１４０億ドルになる可能性があることが、関係筋の話やロイターが閲覧したタームシートで分かった。

調査会社ピッチブックによると、スキルドＡＩの評価額はエヌビディア、ＬＧのベンチャーキャピタル部門、サムスン電子などが今年参加した５億ドルの資金調達ラウンドでは４７億ドルだったことから、今回はほぼ３倍となる。

スキルドＡＩは２０２３年にメタ出身のＡＩ研究者らが設立し、アマゾン・ドット・コムやライトスピード・ベンチャー・パートナーズが出資している。

関係筋によると、協議は流動的で詳細に変更が生じる可能性がある。取引はクリスマス前に完了する見通しという。

関係者の１人は、ＳＢＧがパイロットプロジェクトでスキルドＡＩの技術に感銘を受けたと語った。

スキルドＡＩとＳＢＧはコメント要請に応じていない。エヌビディアはコメントを控えた。
