米国とイランは１２日、オマーンでイランの核開発プログラムに関する協議を行った。両国は「前向き」かつ「建設的」な内容だったと評価し、協議を今週再開することで合意した。もっと見る

核開発停止で合意に至らない場合は軍事行動も辞さないと警告してきたトランプ氏は、大統領専用機内で記者団に対し、イラン問題担当顧問らと会談し、迅速に決定すると述べた。詳細は明らかにしなかった。

米ニュースサイトのアクシオスは２人の関係者の話として、米国とイランの核協議の第２回目が１９日にローマで行われると報じた。

トランプ氏は１２日、記者団に対し、両国の協議は順調に進んでいるという認識を示していた。「成し遂げるまで意味はないので話したくないが順調だ。イランの状況はかなりうまくいっていると思う」と述べた。
